For more than a decade we’ve honored to work with the City of Elgin to assist in massive production of the one-of-a-kind outdoor event Nightmare On Chicago St. We’ve maintain a wonderful relationship with city planners there and the Parks department there. The event is truly the one of its kind in the Midwest as that it is truly innovative, involves a complex web of coordination between several city departments to pull off this spooky family affair!
